You know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? And you must be realize how hard to keep up with time in the morning. If you one sleepy head just like me, chance that you'll skip breakfast is even more unbearable T_T

i have been searching in almost each free time in a day, what's easy and yummy recipes to try (preferably less than 30 minutes preparation ^_^). I have several but today i'd like to share one that i made this morning.

So, prepare a pencil and paper ^_^
Sweet corn pie

What you need are

1. 1 cup of all purpose flour

2. 4 tb spoon of margarine or butter

3. 1 cob of fresh sweet corn

4. half of small onion (you can use all if you want)

5. Pepper (as your taste, i like it spicy so i use 1/2 tb spoon)

6. Nutmeg (as your taste, it's strong so be careful)

7. Cheddar cheese

8. 2-3 tb spoon of water (cold water recommended)

9. 1 tb spoon of soy oil

What to do?
1. Mix flour and margarine, to form granules, than add water so you'll have one fine dough.

2. Divide your dough to small balls (app. 10 grams). Leave it.
3. Mince onion, saute with fresh peeled sweet corn, add pepper and nutmeg grate. Let it cool.

4. Go back to your dough, with wooden roll, roll out dough to app. 1 mm thickness (put some flour on the surface so it won't stick). Fill your dough with 1 tb spoon of corn and cheese in one side and flip to close.

5. Bake your pie until golden

Earth Hour

Earth Hour has been familiar words to our society in recent years. So what is it?

Basically Earth Hour program encourages to reduce global warming that has become major problem in our world. Global warming??? Yep, maybe you've heard it more that you want in past days, more and more people are concern about. But for those that unfamiliar to the word, global warming is basically the rising of average temperature of Earth's near surface air and ocean. And by the time all natural ice in our poles melt, there will be more water in this world, and that only mean one thing, DROWNING!

It's not so difficult to reduce heat (after all you'll have a more comfortable life if the air stays cool ^_^)
1. Plant more plants (green creatures help us to produce oxygen, thus cooler air)

2. Don't use anything CFC (chlorofluorocarbon), this organic compound deplets ozone.

3. Less is great when dealing with electricity

4. Try to eat more veggies, farms absorbed more energy in producing those meat serve to your table

5. Last but not least, this planet is our home, everybody loves to live in a healthy home, let's keep our planet healthy ^_^

Taken form youtube, i'd like to remind you how gorgeous our planet is

DIY Natural Masks

This morning i read an interesting article on yahoo health about natural masks.
For most women (that including me T_T), beauty treatment occupies most of our time (exercise, take a bath, vitamins intake, dieting, etc). Not all works but guess what, women never give up to find one (hopefully) magic cure for all our skin's problems.

So for you, that loves to do some experiments (like me T_T) but unwilling to cause major impact on your skin or beauty routine, these are easy natural masks that you can try tonight ^_^

1. Honey ^_^, indeed, that so called magic cure can  do almost any health problem. It is said honey is very good to combat dry skin, use warm damp cloth to pat your face (this is meant to open your pores), smear honey onto your face and let it stay for 15-30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then pat your face with cool water to close your pores.

2. Raw egg yolk, well this is also new to me. It contains high vitamin A, famous chemical to fight against acne. Spread on face and neck, leave it for 30 minutes, rinse with cool water

3. Raw egg white, a powerful lifting ingredients, spread and let it dried, rinse with cool water. I've tried several times, you'll love the smooth effect afterward, but be sure to use it in a quiet place, you don't want somebody bothers you while have this mask on ^_^

4. Grapes, yep, those kind that you like to eat as dessert. Grapes are antioxidants bomb, cut it to half and rub onto your face

5. Olive oil!
Source of natural moisture. Dab it on your lips to cure chipped lips (i should give it a try then), leave on a face overnight (best work on dry skin), or use it to de-frizz your wild hair

6. Milk??
Indeed, just like yoghurt it contains rich lactic acid, an alpha-hydoxy acid that used to revitalize. Apply with cotton bud, leave until your skin feels tight, rinse with warm water.

7. Lemon
Powerful source of vitamin C, this is my personal experience, it'll brightened your skin after regular using, simply rub it on your face, you will feel the burnt sensation at first but keep it, it'll disappear. Leave it to dry and rinse off with cool water
